Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of NiiRo Smart Wedding by couples and wedding planners. The guest area is free for guests.

2. Contracting party

The contracting party is NiiRo AI, represented by Robin Kolb.

3. Service description

NiiRo Smart Wedding offers digital wedding websites with guest replies, content management, gallery, access control, and optional planning features. The specific scope of features is based on the current app version.

4. Registration and activation

Couples register their account themselves. Access to the protected couple area is only activated after successful paid activation. Wedding planners only have access to weddings shared with them by the couple.

5. Pricing and payment

The price displayed at the time of purchase applies. Payment is processed via Stripe. Without successful payment, there is no entitlement to use the paid couple area.

6. User obligations

Users are responsible for posting legally permissible content, keeping credentials confidential, and using uploaded content only with the required rights.

7. Availability

We strive for high platform availability. Temporary restrictions, such as for maintenance, security measures, or external service providers, are reserved.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.

9. Contract duration and termination

The contract is concluded upon activation of the couple area and runs for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons. Termination is made by email to info@niiro.ai. After termination, data is retained in accordance with our privacy policy and can be deleted upon request (Art. 17 GDPR).

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer protection law.

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded (time of successful payment).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at info@niiro.ai with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Please note: If you have expressly agreed during the withdrawal period that we begin performing the digital service and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's central Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) was decommissioned on 20 March 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the former address ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is no longer reachable. The duty to inform consumers under § 36 VSBG (Germany) and Real Decreto-ley 7/2017 (Spain) remains in force. We are currently neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
